To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Responsibilities Use the Assay Admin Dashboard to filter jobs based on priority. Generate certificates through LabCreate for both Whiteside and Desk jobs, checking thoroughly for inaccuracies prior to sending. Generate certificates through Cert Manager for DRC jobs, checking the system for any inaccuracies and raising these to the DRC before producing and sending certificate to the desk manager. Ensure all internal and external emails are dealt with efficiently and effectively, obtaining any additional information from the relevant departments. Process Return Balance requests accurately and in a timely manner as per instruction and agreement with line manager.
