Full job description
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Catering Retail Manager. You will be working in a modern restaurant and retail environment serving fresh, seasonal produce using local suppliers. The post holder will be a key member of the Estates & Facilities Division with responsibility for the day-to-day planning, organising and coordinating of Catering retail services across multiple sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with proven experience who is able to manage a large team in a very busy environment. The post holder will have a thorough knowledge of the procedures and practices relating to Food Safety legislation. We are looking for someone with the vision and enthusiasm to help improve services in an ever-changing and exciting sector. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 with a degree of flexibility required to meet operational needs.
