Sales Admin Coordinator Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to play a key role in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring optimal stock levels. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to guarantee seamless operations and top-notch customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Monitor and manage stock levels, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to align stock availability with customer demands. Provide regular updates on sales performance and stock control metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement supply solutions tailored to customer requirements. Maintain excellent communication with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, reporting risks or concerns. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales office or stock control role within the Oil & Gas industry or a similar sector. Minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and resolve challenging situations tactfully. UK driving license is required. Why Join Us?
