1st Line Support Engineer – £175 – 200 Inside – 9 Month Contract - Halifax – Onsite
My customer is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to manage BAU workload. The ideal candidate will be a personable and enthusiastic 1st line support engineer with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
Key responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Engineer:
- Provide first point of contact IT support for users across the business. Both face to face and remote support.
- Onboarding new starters by setting up accounts and profiles.
- Setting up devices.
- Handling 1st line support tickets.
- Providing support with additional IT projects.
1st Line Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
- Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Intune – Administration and support
- Active Directory – Administration and management
- Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Administration and support
- Using ticketing system to respond to portal requests – User support
- Driving license required
The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week onsite in Halifax.
