This is an exciting time to join the team as we transform the way we deliver HR services across the council. Our Workforce Service is seeking an Organisational Development, Engagement and Wellbeing Officer to support the council’s organisational development activity, and shape and deliver the council’s workforce strategy.
About the role:
You will work with the Organisational Development and Talent Manager and the wider team to deliver culture change initiatives, staff recognition programmes, staff engagement and wellbeing activity as well as performance management.
Responsibilities:
1. Be a HR professional with relevant professional qualification
2. Have experience in organisational development initiatives and planning and delivering effective and sustainable organisational development solutions
3. Demonstrate effective communication skills
4. Be a creative problem solver who is able to generate ideas and seek out and disseminate successful practice.
