Job Title: Client Account Manager
Location: Midsomer Norton
Contract: 15 month FTC (Maternity Leave)
Hours: Full time 8.30am-5.30pm

Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Manager to join an exceptional team based in Midsomer Norton.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client facing roles, building on existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and communicating efficiently. The suitable candidate will work closely with the Contracts Team Leader, Business Development Team, IT Teams, Production Teams, Commercial Team, Legal Team and Project Management Team. You will enjoy the fast-paced environment and be the client’s main point of contact, overseeing the daily routine tasks involved.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a number of key relationships in a competitive market
* Manage the clients’ needs efficiently and accurately, using the software provided
* Monitor spending, querying and reporting potential issues
* Hold proactive discussions and meetings both with fellow staff and clients
* Follow up with clients on a regular basis ensuring needs are being met
* Report any opportunities to fulfil additional needs of the client
* Co-ordinate internal and external resources to accomplish the desired outcome
* Manage numerous tasks every day in a very busy department
To be considered:
* Ability to manage your time and remain effective
* Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Have great communication skills with staff and customers
