Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client located in the Small Heath area, Birmingham.
This is a Temporary to Permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include;
Answering the telephone
Dealing with customer enquiries
General office administration
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience within a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Reliable
Working Hours:
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minute paid break and 1 hour lunch.
