Salary: £24,790- £26,409 per annum Full time: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support and working closely with the development team File Management: Review and tidy up the database of files on the public drive, ensuring proper organisation of documents Paper Filing: Assist with reviewing and organising physical files for efficient storage and access. Meeting Support: Attend meetings as required to take minutes and ensure actions are documented and distributed Data Gathering & Input: Collect and input data accurately, maintaining clear records Event Preparation: Prepare materials and resources for training events and seminars as directed Customer Inquiries: Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other relevant duties as required by the team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standardKey Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent attention to detail IT Proficiency: Strong competency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues as needed Adaptability: Willingness to take on a variety of administrative tasks and adapt to changing needs Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly with data entry and file management IT Skills: Advanced keyboard skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) Desirable Skills: Experience in supporting meetings and preparing training materials is a plusHow to Apply: If you're ready to join our clients’ team, apply today by submitting your CV and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
