About the role
We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Admissions and Bursary Advisor. The position is part of a well-functioning, fast-paced, diverse and interesting, key front-line service. The role supports both external and internal customers and involves some evening and occasional weekend work.
The duties of this role involve advisory and administrative tasks around:
• Admissions services
• Student financial support
• General information, advice and guidance
• Dealing with queries via phone, email and letter
• Maintaining records
• Handling data
• Administering and supporting college events in relation to the role
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent customer services and IT skills. Candidates should also have:
• Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
• Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
• Excellent organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work requirements
• ICT competency
