Location: Variable around the Dudley Borough / Hybrid working according to business needs Hours: Full time Salary: Grade 5 (£25,584-£27,269) Contract: Permanent We are currently seeking new staff for our Customer Services team, working initially on housing repairs which is open 7 days per week, 08:00 to 19:00. No one day is ever the same Over time you will be trained on many different subject types. We will fill several posts over our 7 day, extended hours rota. We deal with thousands of service requests every day. Customer Services Advisors are multi-skilled, delivering telephone, electronic and occasional face to face services in a busy and performance managed environment. You may be assessing eligibility against legislation or council policies, establishing needs, clarifying details and researching issues in order to provide solutions and raise service requests. Strong IT literacy will enable you to operate multiple computer systems. Your ability to learn will be pivotal with regular service, legislative, policy and procedural updates.
