Job Description
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
* Ensure accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Assist with budget preparation
* Manage organisational payroll
* Prepare and update expense reports
* Process invoices and implement payment processes
* Record and update financial information in the database
* Collaborate with the team to develop financial plans and ensure adherence to them
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Administrator will have:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role
* Understanding of financial and accounting principles
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
