Take the lead at Jet Aire as a Supervisor, where you will manage efficiency and boosting on-site productivity. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate site information is captured and recorded, while actively assisting with day-to-day supervision to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
More about the role:
* Supervise operational team performance and act as the first point of contact for engineers.
* Ensure engineers are fully prepared and equipped before attending sites, preventing delays and ensuring access.
* Manage resources to ensure the right personnel and equipment are on-site promptly.
* Oversee shift completion and stay informed on daily work schedules.
* Report service deficiencies to the Head of Operations.
* Ensure timely submission of contract paperwork, CCTV data, and drawings.
* Conduct quality checks, health and safety audits, and provide on-site support.
* Carry out site visits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
* Order materials and plant, manage timekeeping, and ensure accuracy of timesheets and job sheets.
* Oversee driver books, vehicle checks, and equipment maintenance.
* Participate in the on-call rota.
About you:
* We are looking for someone who has been working within the waste water industry, preferably with a range of drainage experience.
* It is desirable but not essential to have had previous health & safety responsibilities for individuals and sites.
* Ability to navigate CRM database.
* Good communication and customer service skill.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
