Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Marketing Executive would be:- Managing the social media content plan and scheduling posts for local and national social media feeds across Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads & TikTok- Community management across local and national social media pages- Owning the collateral orders for all venues via the online order portal and working with local site teams- Supporting the Senior Marketing Exec with content creation and execution of paid digital and social campaigns - through centralised global agency- Supporting in copywriting for CRM email marketing, Social Media, Press Releases etc.- Supporting the marketing team on PR activity (including Influencer activity, VIP launch nights for new venues, Dubai's PR agency and local strategy and local press releases to support campaigns) - Assist in organising and coordinating events and activations for key campaigns.- Support in providing relevant and timely thought leadership to our franchise network- Support in reporting functions across marketing/sales and keeping key shared drives refreshed and updated- Briefing design assets into the graphic design team to support campaigns, local sales initiatives etc.- Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including site-level general managers, regional shopping centres, sales & events managers etc.)
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate wil have the following skills and qualifications:- 2 years marketing experience- A self-motivated proactive attitude; we love those not afraid to get stuck in and get stuff done.- Passion for the industry; you need to know a good night out to be able to sell one!- Be social media lover; always on top of the latest Tik Tok viral audio or Insta algorithm change.- An excitement for content; identifying fresh content ideas should be second nature.- Result-driven acumen; always thinking of ways to improve and innovate.- ROI conscious mindset; how does what we do develop the brand and deliver £ to the bottom line?- Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of the team; every day is different.- Outstanding organisational skills; you'll be planning everything from your to do list to VIP events.- Great communication skills; both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
