Senior Project Manager, 3-6 month FTC
(beginning mid January 2025)
Contract: 3-6 month FTC, full time, based from our Bishopsgate London offices 3 days per week

THE ROLE:
We are looking for Senior Project Manager to support the team working with a leading, global enterprise client in the energy sector. This role will provide strategic project management support across the agency, working closely with creative, communications, and production teams.
You will play a key role in steering complex projects to success, guiding cross-functional teams through planning and execution.
You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for collaborating with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. You will manage risks, drive innovative solutions, and maintain high project delivery standards in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Strategy
* Partner with strategy, creative, media and production teams to facilitate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets (channels including digital, print, social media, video, etc.).
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and market-specific requirements.
* Ensure that the global campaign strategy is effectively localized, delivering relevant content for different markets while maintaining consistency with brand and creative guidelines.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
* Manage and coordinate internal and external teams, including in-agency strategic + creative teams, media partners, and production teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution of all deliverables against project/timing plan.
* Facilitate regular check-ins / progress updates with team members to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive efficient problem-solving.
* Lead integrated project management check-ins across IPG open-architecture partner agencies, ensuring progression of integrated projects.
Budget and Resource Management
* Monitor and manage the campaign budget, allocating resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective production while meeting project goals.
* Identify and manage any potential risks to the project timeline or budget, proactively taking steps to mitigate delays or unexpected costs, and knowing when to escalate to business leads.
Quality Assurance and Deliverables
* Oversee the approval of quality, consistent campaign outputs across all markets, ensuring that all materials meet the brand’s high standards and are compliant with local regulations.
Experience:
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders and prestigious clients.
* Essential experience in creative agencies, with a strong understanding of Media and Production.
* Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft 365 is required.
* Strong-minded and confident, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of people. The role involves managing multiple stakeholders and requires excellent coordination skills. Plus possibly some client facing calls will be required.
* Must be based near London and available to work in the Bishopsgate office three days a week.
