Position: 1:1 Maths Tutor
Location: Nottinghamshire
Are you passionate about helping students unlock their full potential in Maths? We are looking for a skilled and motivated 1:1 Maths Tutor to provide personalised support to students and help them develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one Maths lessons to students of all levels, from primary school to high school.
* Identify individual learning needs and create tailored lesson plans to meet those needs.
* Explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and in an accessible way.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
* Help students build problem-solving skills, boost their confidence, and achieve academic goals.
* Provide support in exam preparation, homework help, and skill development.
Requirements:
* A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
* Strong knowledge of Maths curriculum and key concepts across various age groups.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
* A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to teaching.
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide personalised attention.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
