Role Responsibilities
* Completing and reviewing a variety of accounts for small and medium-sized companies
* Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
* Attending client meetings and taking ownership of client relationships
* Supporting the Partners with day-to-day duties and strategic tasks
* Working to deadlines and managing internal budgets to ensure client needs are met
* Taking strong ownership of the quality of work produced

Candidate Requirements
* ACCA or ACA qualification, or be qualified by experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in a relevant position within an accountancy practice
* Experience with FRS102 and FRS102A standards
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
* A collaborative attitude and the ability to support team members and Partners
