Quest Employment is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our clients team in Banbury Role Responsibilities: Manage a team of 2-4 engineers, depending on experience. Respond to customer inquiries and keep them informed of progress. Arrange annual and bi-annual callouts for routine calibration of equipment. Assist engineers with diary management and routing to ensure smooth communication as a team. Answer incoming phone calls promptly. Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a service department is beneficial but not essential. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
