Job Description
My client is a leading building supplies retailer, headquartered in Northampton. They are looking for an Employment Legal Advisor to join their friendly HR team. Main duties include:
* Providing proactive and impartial guidance in line with company policy on employment law matters
* Supporting ER Advisors with advice and guidance on employment law matters
* Preparing ET3 responses for all new tribunal claims
* Providing support at employment tribunals
* Case managing TUPE processes working with Shared Services
The successful candidate must have experience of working within employment law, with hands on case management experience within the workplace. This role is hybrid, working onsite in Northampton 2-3 days per week and 2-3 days working remotely. The role may also involve some national travel as and when required.
