Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside senior commercial stakeholders to devise and implement the digital sales strategy across both the digital sales team and wider commercial department.
* Manage digital pipeline, revenue forecasting and drive team performance.
* Create sales collateral and bespoke opportunities for the wider sales team to deliver to market.
* Drive partnership opportunities and revenues alongside the wider digital sell.
* Manage senior digital and trading relationships across all major agency groups.
* Support the wider business to drive digital offering on larger cross platform briefs and educate internal teams.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrable experience of working within the digital media space with creativity and a personal drive to deliver award winning work, alongside an excellent knowledge of agency and client business objectives.
* Deep understanding of digital media products including video, audio, display and trading.
* Strong knowledge of data, the programmatic ecosystem and good understanding of digital operations processes (Ad server, forecasting etc).
* Ability to manage and lead a market leading sales team.
