About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to roadside breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
* Work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
* Drive to different locations in all weather conditions, using your own vehicle and equipment
* Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
