Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics. We are now looking to hire a recruit a Shop Support Executive for our Northern Ireland Shops support our Trade Stores in Lisburn, Omagh, Belfast, Derry & Dungannon. Your Mission W u rth Ireland are seeking out interested candidates who have a passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibility for the trade outlets under your remit for supervision and cover. Ensure cash & credit card handling & banking records are strictly maintained in all stores. Ensure stock control and replenishment activities are accurate and correct in all stores. Order processing regulations adhered to Value added selling activities in place Onboarding/training of new staff members Ensure all stores keep a high level of cleanliness and upkeep and security measures are adequate Handling telephone and email enquiries where necessary Open Day Preparation/Product demonstrations Alarm callout when necessary Shop display and merchandising activities Ensure all other shop duties and responsibilities are carried out by the shop team in conjunction with Shop Manager and the Head of Shops.
