About the role:
Do you love food, thrive on sales challenges, and care about sustainability? We're on the hunt for a dynamic go-getter with unstoppable energy to manage our key foodservice accounts in the UK.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice accounts, focusing on both large chains and independent operators.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and increase penetration within existing accounts.
* Use your culinary expertise to understand the needs of your clients and propose tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Redefine Meat's products.
* Drive growth by managing accounts effectively and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify new opportunities and emerging trends within the foodservice sector to keep Redefine Meat ahead of the competition.
* Work closely with the marketing team on ad-hoc projects to support the growth and brand presence within the foodservice sector.
What you'll need
* Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management within the foodservice industry, with a background in culinary arts being a strong plus.
* Hands-on experience with basic cooking in a sales setting – you don’t have to be a Michelin starred chef, but you know your away around the kitchen.
* A deep understanding of London’s food scene and the broader UK market
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet key account targets within the foodservice sector.
* Experience working with major food wholesalers such as Brake’s, Bidfood, KFF, and Elite Fine Foods.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to solving client needs and creating tailored solutions.
* Ability to leverage data and insights to develop impactful presentations and drive sales strategies.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven approach to account management.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to deliver on client needs.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the region as required.
