Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to work for a discerning High Net-Worth Family live-out. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to cater to the family’s dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and lifestyle. The role requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities
1.Meal Preparation and Service
•Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
•Create menus tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
•Ensure meals are presented to the highest standard, with attention to taste, quality, and presentation.
2.Menu Planning and Sourcing
•Design seasonal and varied menus, incorporating fresh, high-quality ingredients.
•Source and purchase groceries and ingredients, maintaining relationships with premium suppliers and markets.
•Ensure all pantry items are stocked and food is stored correctly to maintain freshness.
3.Dietary Requirements
•Accommodate any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary preferences.
•Monitor and adapt recipes to meet health and nutritional goals.
4.Event Catering
•Prepare and cater for family events, formal dinners, and gatherings as required.
•Collaborate with other household staff or external vendors for large events.
5.Kitchen Management
•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
•Manage kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
•Track and manage the food budget efficiently.
