The Role
A Technical Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the UK and Ireland. This role involves managing sales and building strong customer relationships throughout the UK and Ireland.
Location: Ideally, you will live within 25 miles of Kidderminster.
Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle to maximise sales potential.
2. Maintain and develop relationships through structured site visits and communications with current and potential customers. Identify and manage key accounts.
3. Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Overnight stays will be required.
4. Maintain accurate records on our Business System, follow system processes, and use the system to support sales development.
5. Organise and attend exhibitions and trade shows.
6. Assist with marketing activities, participate in sales and training videos and webinars, and report on competitor activity and market conditions.
Experience & Qualifications
1. Knowledge of equipment and or measurements required for geotechnical projects an advantage but not essential.
2. Experience of working on the road, obtaining new customers and building relations with new and existing customers.
3. Experience of doing presentations and exhibitions.
4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
6. Full / Clean UK driving license.

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year (depending on experience).
Work authorisation:
1. United Kingdom (required).
Work Location: In the Office, in Kidderminster and On the Road (Overnight, as required).
