Our Leicester Casino has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Table Gaming Manager to support the General Manager and be responsible for all table gaming and Poker activities in the Casino, running an efficient and effective Gaming Operation that delivers on all key Gaming metrics.
As our Table Gaming Manager, you will:
* Lead, support and develop the Gaming team to deliver an effective Gaming Operation.
* Utilise Tangam Management software and consult with central teams to drive performance.
* Ensure resource planning of Gaming team to meet operational demand.
* Ensure effective training, development, and motivation of the gaming team.
* Drive customer service standards within the Gaming team.
* Maximise the venue's profitability by managing effective and efficient gaming operations.
* Be accountable for the smooth running of each casino shift and take decisions in the absence of the GM.
* Conduct effective daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker if applicable.
* Drive customer service standards for the gaming team, identifying customer needs, and acting on customer satisfaction feedback.
* Deliver Grosvenor gaming yields, handle growth whilst ensuring margin efficiency. Deliver Poker growth if applicable.
* Be responsible for analysis of table data, maintaining an efficient, profitable gaming operation.
* Support and consult with the Customer Verifications teams to ensure sufficient levels of due diligence in place for eligible customers.
Qualifications
Outside of being a current PML License holder with extensive leadership experience in UK Gaming, you will be able to demonstrate previous success in achieving sales and yield targets.
As you’ll be managing a team, you’ll have a proven record and ability to lead people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino.
Previous experience may include roles such as Casino Manager, Operations Manager, Gaming Manager, Casino Shift Manager, Casino Operations Manager, Pit Manager or similar.
This is a full-time position & the salary is: £39,000 + tips + bonus.
