Position Statement:
This position supports revenue management efforts in EMEA Franchise hotels with a goal of improving franchise hotel market share, RevPAR, and profitability. This is accomplished through analysis of hotel performance, development of revenue management strategy and tactics to improve hotel or regional performance, communication of HWW Revenue Management best practices, onsite revenue management property consultations, remote performance auditing, and training facilitation. The establishment of effective working relationships with brand teams, General Managers, Management and Ownership groups is also a critical component of this position. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to think strategically to resolve business challenges. This position recommends and coordinates revenue management strategies for all hotels within their region and supplies critical analysis on company-wide decisions affecting pricing, occupancy, revenue goals, and brand sales strategies. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager conducts ongoing assessments of competitive hotel chains and revenue management practices to understand demand and assist Directors in developing strategies that achieve company commercial goals. This role will be supporting hotels across all brands.
Position Summary:
1. I. Hotel and Management Company Support: The Senior Regional Revenue Manager is required to provide revenue management guidance as a subject matter expert. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager supports all EMEA Franchise hotels and must ensure implementation of strategies and tactics that meet customer needs while furthering commercial goals. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager will engage daily with hotels and/or management company representatives to educate, develop targeted action plans, provide strategic advice, and address questions about Hilton's business processes and products. Communication may take the form of webinars, individual remote consultations, e-mail exchanges, property visits, and classroom-style presentations. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for tracking hotel performance to identify opportunity properties and determine appropriate courses of action to achieve improved market share. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager must be able to partner effectively to support varying skill sets and develop action plans that are feasible while producing optimal results. In support of hotels and management companies, the Senior Regional Revenue Manager may develop presentation and training materials utilized by the larger team. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager is not required to lead projects; however, to support their own career development plans, they may assist Regional Directors for learning purposes.
2. II. Brand Support: Act as a Revenue Management department liaison to brand team members and RMCC Franchise leaders. As required, facilitate revenue management discussions with brand team members and collaborate to develop and prioritize revenue-generating ideas.
3. III. Support of Commercial Objectives and Department Strategic Priorities: The Senior Regional Revenue Manager must be guided by both commercial objectives and the department's strategic priorities. Those two, combined with a clear understanding of the Hilton Values, should inform all decisions while providing an overall direction for activities. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager must be capable of prioritizing activities that achieve the targeted result. This position requires strong communication skills and a relentless focus on results in order to drive performance at hotels. The ability to influence management groups in support of commercial objectives is also required.
4. IV. Business Analysis: The ability to think strategically is a core requirement of this position. The Senior Regional Revenue Manager must be able to:
• Accurately evaluate revenue forecasts and hotel business mix.
• Proactively review and analyze rate and inventory management and strategy effectiveness.
• Effectively use Hilton systems, reports, and tools to monitor, evaluate, and implement improved selling strategies in all distribution channels.
• Fully understand the relationship of price and demand with the ability to effectively use market share and competitive pricing data to validate or adjust strategies for both transient and group business.

Ideal candidates should have previous Hilton regional experience, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including PowerBI, and outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of results-driven performance, possess in-depth knowledge of hotel revenue management, and exhibit a solid analytical mindset. They should also excel in organizational skills, thrive under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines. Familiarity with OnQ R&I and GRO RMS is a necessity, as is the ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes. Proficiency in the Turkish language is considered an advantage in this role.
Required Qualifications:
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
* Knowledge of PowerBI, OnQ R&I and GRO RMS is a must.
* BA/BS/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in-lieu, thereof).
* Extensive related experience within Revenue Management.
* Proven experience in a regional and/or a management role.
