As a Client Relationship Coordinator in our Pension Retention team, you will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main contact for Mercer services, maintaining relationships, and coordinating with specialists. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities include:
* Learning about Mercer Elect products, services, and tools through training and experience.
* Managing a portfolio of Pension clients aligned with Mercer Elect.
* Guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, and queries.
* Proactively engaging clients with renewal calls and reviews.
* Generating leads within existing clients for other business areas.
* Assisting in data gathering and analysis for client projects.
* Following up on missing or inaccurate information.
* Updating client files regularly.
Requirements:
* Experience in client relationship management.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Enthusiastic and motivated with a commitment to quality service.
Preferred:
* Knowledge/experience with DC/SIPP Pensions.
