Job Description
The Web Operations Manager (Maternity Cover) will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and on-going evolution of the Leasys website, working with Leasys UK Marketing team to deliver Leasys content across leasys.com/uk and deliver optimised customer journeys across the digital ecosystem.
This includes leasys.com/uk pages, lead generation, and CRM/PRM landing pages to meet the business goals. The job holder will seek out opportunities and put forward actionable ideas. The job holder will help define, manage, deliver, and implement all aspects of Leasys content on the website, and e-commerce (including but not limited to the offer pages, services pages, imagery and videos, interactive elements, legal copy and finance copy). This will be in close coordination with the key internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Central Digital, relevant agencies). As part of this role, the ability to influence stakeholders as the gatekeeper to all website content will mean working in an advisory position to all stakeholders across all departments (of all levels).
The job holder will be crucial in developing the strategy and experience for e-commerce and all digital customer facing platforms. The incumbent will manage the launch of an e-commerce website, and be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the customer experience for e-commerce through strong project management, to deliver an industry leading omnichannel experience.
As and when required, the role will involve managing the deployment of new tools/systems and changes to existing tools/systems. This could be small changes to existing systems or deploying larger strategic tools.
This role will work with relevant Leasys Central Marketing Digital teams to ensure Leasys UK requirements are considered in the early stages to allow for local adaptations. Working with the Central teams will also ensure alignment to best utilise components and features to optimise customer journeys for Leasys customers.
This position has a 12-month fixed term contract.
The main responsibilities include:
* Develop and manage leasys.com/uk to local market requirements and the defined local communications strategy, in collaboration with Leasys
* UK Marketing teams and Central Leasys Marketing Teams when required.
* Work collaboratively with the Leasys UK Marketing team and Leasys Central Marketing Digital teams to ensure appropriate development and implementation of content and functionalities updates and initiatives to drive leads generations and provide best-in class customer journey.
* Work collaboratively with Leasys UK Marketing team, and Central Leasys Marketing teams when required, to monitor KPIs, and report regularly (minimum monthly, and weekly / daily during campaign times) on results, plus provide thorough analyses and recommendations to drive improvements in commercial intent.
* Work collaboratively with Stellantis UK CMO team and Brands communications team to update Leasys content on Brands website.
* There will be a need to take on additional responsibilities and have awareness of the team tasks to support in case of absence.

* Undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing / media / digital / computing / web design.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in website content or digital project role.
Essential skills:
* Good knowledge of Adobe web content management systems.
* Knowledge of SEO strategies.
* Experience of Google Analytics for ad-hoc reporting.
* Ability to prioritise and adapt to changes.
* A real interest in all things digital eg website design/ apps/ ecommerce/ CRM/ social media.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
* Project Management.
* Ability to build strong relationships with key external parties.
* Strong analytical skills.
