What You'll Do: As a New Business Manager, you will be a key player in driving Hogarth's growth by supporting the Growth Team across a wide range of activities. This includes managing RFI/RFP responses, crafting compelling pitch presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of new business initiatives, leveraging your understanding of the production sector and your ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: RFI/RFP Management: Lead and manage small to mid-size RFI/RFPs independently, with input from senior team members where needed. This includes owning the end-to-end project management of pitch processes across multiple stakeholders and markets. Strategic Response Development: Support shaping the strategy and structure of RFP responses in alignment with client objectives and Hogarth’s offer. Content Creation: Support the Growth Team with the creation of content for pitches and marketing collateral. Draft and refine case studies in collaboration with client leads, ensuring strategic impact and consistency. New Lead Generation: Support outreach activities and identifying new leads. Communication & Collaboration: Possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brands' challenges in the production sector. Able to play a range of roles within the team (from client-facing to team support) depending on the scale of the opportunity. Liaise with other WPP agencies and/or colleagues in relation to New Business opportunities. Team Supervision: Supervise the offshore design team in Chennai, responsible for their management and development and weekly resource planning. Industry & Technology Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate innovative campaigns and technology advancements – keeping abreast of what’s happening in the industry and within Hogarth. Responsible for competitive analysis of the production sector. Process Improvement: Design new business processes and seek continuous improvement to the current ways of working. AI Integration: Proactively leverage AI tools and technologies (including WPP Open tools) to optimize efficiency and enhance the quality of new business efforts. This includes exploring AI-driven solutions for research, content generation, and data analysis. Skills & Experience: Written Communication: Strong written communication skills essential, with a proven track record of creating RFI and/or RFP responses focusing on content production. Presentation Skills: Experience in drafting and developing pitch/sales presentations and related documents. Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint). Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Industry Knowledge: Background in Digital / Data / Content agency. Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word and Excel. New Business Experience: Experience of supporting the pitch process for New Business. AI Acumen: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and outcomes. Reporting Lines and Key Stakeholders: The role will report into the Head of New Business. The role will involve working with the Hogarth Senior Leadership Team including collaboration with local offices MDs to form pitch responses. Day-to-day work will also include close supervision of the Designers based in Chennai.
