Salary: Up to £43k DOE + 30% OTE uncapped

The client is looking for a Senior Commercial Executive ready for a step up or a seasoned Commercial Manager to sell exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities. You will develop and nurture relationships with key clients. You will attend industry events becoming a trusted authority in the space. You will have managerial responsibilities developing a Commercial Executive with a view to building a sales team underneath you. This role will also involve cross functional collaboration with teams across the organization
The role will include:
* Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients
* Attending industry events
* Becoming an authority in the industry
* Managing a commercial executive with weekly reporting
* Working closely with Event Manager on floor plan
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* 3-4 years of exhibition sales experience
* 1 year of direct line management/onboarding experience
* Amazing phone manner
* Passion to succeed
* Flare for sales
