The Important Details:
• Salary : £24,500
• Hours : Mon-Fri, 9AM – 5:30PM (1-hour lunch)
• Location : Warrington (own transport essential)
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be:
Answering inbound calls and emails.
Bookng reservations and sorting out any changes.
Helping customers with queries and handling complaints (with the full support of a great team!)
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience within Customer Service (could be from retail/ hospitality etc).
A friendly, outgoing personality & confidence on the phone.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum of 4C in Maths & English at GCSE.
