Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Riviera Automotive. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
* Assisting with various office tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
* A positive and can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
