OTE: £28,000 - £45,000 (Basic Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

The Role
As a Client Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our sales & lettings branch by converting leads into valuation appointments and nurturing long-term relationships. Additionally, for the right candidate, there is an opportunity to expand the role into property sourcing, helping investors and landlords identify opportunities within the local property market.
Your mission will be to:
* Generate 30 valuations per month from a wealth of daily leads.
* Fill our landlord seminar and webinar events with prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
* (For the right candidate) Identify and source investment opportunities for landlords and investors.
* Stay informed on market trends, property values, and investment potential in the area.
* Work closely with investors to match their criteria with available properties.
* Build your personal brand on social media, including video content, to engage with potential clients and showcase industry expertise.
* You will spend your days actively engaging with leads, making calls, and building rapport, working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development.
* A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Charisma, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
* A keen interest or experience in property sourcing, investment, or property market analysis (preferred but not essential).
* Confidence in using social media and video content to establish a strong online presence.
