As a Sales / Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for managing and converting sales opportunities into revenue-generating projects. You will lead and develop the Estimating team, ensuring accurate cost estimation and competitive pricing while maintaining agreed margins. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee key project estimations, contribute to business growth, and maintain strong client relationships.
