Tender Manager
Location: Telford, Leeds, or Flexible UK Location

This role is at the heart of our Power Systems business, working on medium and low-voltage products and supporting utilities, DNOs, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:
1. Analyze complex RFQs and deliver best-in-class tender proposals.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Perform risk assessments, optimize solutions, and enhance profitability.
4. Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
5. Embrace digitization to improve tools and processes, in line with Schneider's strategy.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration.
2. Technical expertise in utilities, DNOs, or data centers (medium and low-voltage systems).
3. Commercial acumen with experience in project risk assessment.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and make decisions effectively.
5. Degree-level education in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
6. Previous work experience in sales or tendering for infrastructure projects.
