Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced retail company, is currently seeking two Returns Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis for approx. 4 months. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We have 2 roles to fill, the hours will be either 6am - 2pm OR 2pm -10pm OR a rotating shift pattern.
What you'll be doing:
Managing returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed and filed correctly - attention to detail is imperative
Working closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues or queries.
Utilising your PC expertise to navigate various systems and software.
What you'll need:
Proficiency in working with computers and software.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
