Responsibilities of the Customer Coordinator:
* Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
* Process orders for on/off hires.
* Build relationships with customers.
* Be the go-to person for our clients' hiring needs.
* Arrange bookings of equipment for various sectors.
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and fellow team members.
You may have worked as a Customer Coordinator, Hire Controller, Hire Coordinator, Hire & Sales Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire Negotiator, Service Controller, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Rental Controller, Rental Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, or similar to be considered for this role.
If you come from a construction or hire/rental background, that would be an advantage; however, it is not essential!
