Responsibilities of the Customer Coordinator:
* Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
* Process orders for on/off hires.
* Build relationships with customers.
* Be the go-to person for our clients' hiring needs.
* Arrange bookings of equipment for various sectors.
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and team members.
You may have worked as a Customer Coordinator, Hire Controller, Hire Coordinator, Hire & Sales Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire Negotiator, Service Controller, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Rental Controller, Rental Administrator, or Customer Service Advisor to be considered for this role.
If you come from a construction or hire/rental background, that would be an advantage; however, it is not essential!
