The key to our success is our team members here at TLH Leisure Resort. The team is very important to us and is the heart of our business. Happy customers are our prime concern and all of our team are trained in the highest standards of customer service, together with the skills required to do their job.
As a member of our Alberts team, you will be serving in Alberts Bar, making drinks and providing great service with a smile. We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals who have a passion for providing excellent service and can help to maintain the standards of the TLH housekeeping departments.
As a Restaurant Server, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our hotel restaurants. As the Alberts Bar Assistant Manager, you will supervise and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the bar and its operations alongside the Retail Manager. As a member of our Bars team, you will be serving in one of our numerous Hotel bars, a sociable and fun role where you will be able to impact a guest’s experience. As a Hotel Porter, you will work closely with all of the departments in the Hotel to deliver excellent service to our guests and organisers of conferences & events, within the Hotel setting.
