Job Description Job Title: Mortgage Administrator Location: Headington Hours: Full time or Part time hours are available Salary: Dependant on experience and working hours. Expected to be between £23,000 - £28,000 About the firm: An opportunity has arisen for a full or part time Mortgage Administrator to join a boutique firm in Oxfordshire Capio Recruitment is working with a Financial Planning firm based in Headington who provide quality and in depth advice on Mortgages, Pensions, Investment and Protection. They are a smaller, boutique firm in terms of team size, but have a big presence within the local area and have been servicing clients for over two decades. About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Some responsibilities will include; Proving support to the mortgage broker. Obtaining & submitting supporting client paperwork for applications. Working closely with brokers to ensure cases are fully compliant. Produce quotations for new and existing insurance policies. Providing excellent customer service to clients and keeping them informed throughout application process. Liaising and communicating with lenders on regular basis. Moving applications through to completion Working with external stake holders i.e. solicitors and Estate agents General administration duties Help promote companies’ social media profile and output Hours are quite flexible - can work around school day, and can work around rush hour. Requirements/Qualifications: Previous experience within a similar role or within the professional services industry would be very advantageous. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to use email, internet, Word and ideally Excel spreadsheets. Good organisational skills and ability to work with sensitive and confidential material Good Maths Location - the candidate must be near Headington, Oxfordshire.
