Are you organised, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We’re looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Venue Assistant to join our team on a zero-hours contract, offering flexibility to work as needed. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site presence (at least 2 days per week at the venue).
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Supplier Liaison:
1. Manage the venue’s inbox, responding promptly to client and supplier queries.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
Viewings & Events Coordination:
1. Schedule and attend client viewings, providing outstanding service and advice.
2. Support the planning and coordination of events as required.
Social Media & Website Management:
1. Regularly update and maintain the venue’s website.
2. Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, showcasing the venue’s unique charm.
3. Regularly update and maintain venue platforms such as Hitched and other similar sites.
Airbnb and Booking.com Management:
1. Handle guest communication, bookings, and inquiries related to the on-site Airbnb/Booking.com.
2. Manage guests check-ins and checkouts.
Budgeting & Financial Support:
1. Assist with budgeting tasks, tracking expenses, forecasting, and maintaining financial records.
About You:
1. Highly organised, with excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram) and website management.
4. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
5. Basic budgeting and financial tracking skills are a plus.
