Read on Position: Equipment Administrator Reporting to: Asset Manager Location: Head Office, Glasgow Job Type: Full time, permanent Salary & Benefits: £24,648 per yea r 28 days annual leave 4 public holidays, healthcare cash plan, life insurance, private pension, staff discounts and more Purpose of Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen within Matthew Algie for an experienced Administrator to apply for a full time, permanent vacancy. In your new role, you will To handle the administration of assets within the Matthew Algie Estate, Warehouse and external locations. In your new role, you will: Equipment Collection: • To arrange collection of equipment from customers • Generate report showing machines requiring collection • Support drivers/carriers to ensure effective collection • Liaise with Internal Sales and Field Sales with relevant customer information. • Informing Warehouse team of delivery dates A sset Audits • Investigate scanning errors from field audit and correct • Send out replacement QR codes • Correct any machines reported in incorrect places to completion • Liaise with sales teams regarding overdue audits Investigating missing assets • Machines reported missing are logged correctly and investigated • Speak to relevant stakeholders to locate missing assets to conclusion Machine returns • Updating machine movements liaising with the warehouse • Follow up on unexpected returns and customer owned returns Stock takes • As part of the team complete machine stock takes yearly and rolling. Record machines and investigate any differences.
