Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents in a busy call centre. This temporary role, on going for the right person.
Details:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 08:00 - 17:00
3. £12.02 per hour
4. Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days at home (days change each week)
5. No parking available however the location can be gained by train.
6. Based in Sutton.
Your main responsibilities would include:
7. Making up individual customer orders, ensuring all cash supplied meets the specified value, quality, and type (e.g., notes or coins)
8. Ensuring all operating, security and safe working procedures are always followed
9. Using various cash management systems to ensure accurate counting and allocation
10. Working as part of a team to meet targets and deliver to customers
11. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately to provide audit trails
12. Identifying any differences or discrepancies in notes and coins received, and raising these issues with supervisors
