About the Opportunity
Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first Nuclear Power station.
Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.
Jacobs are seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator who will support the Safety Case Programme within the HPC Design Authority of the Technical Client Organisation for the delivery of a specific set of activities to time, cost, safety and quality. Key responsibilities will be:
1. Responsible for updating and collating project financial information to provide the necessary reporting to the Safety Case and MDI Branch Managers
2. Act as the Interface for the Group Leads to manage, supply chain interface support and finance reporting
3. Support the monthly Finance Accountability Meetings to confirm - actuals from prior periods, forecast for current month and for the remainder of the year, unlet scope, budget pressure/surplus, transfers e.g., Project Change Requests (PCRs), issues and other actions. Extended accountabilities in March (LE2) and June (LE3) to discuss the latest estimate position for in year and the project lifecycle and then in December to confirm the Year End position.
4. Business Planning interface
5. Anaplan – is the strategic planning tool for the TCO Business Planning, Long Term Capability Planning and Work Management activity – Act as the Interface for the Groups Leads to update this planning tool (demand capture, Milestones) run reports as required by the business
6. Support the Safety Report ONR Engagement
7. Manage ONR interactions (comment tracker and ID/KR masterlist)
8. Arrange as required the ONR Seminars and attend the weekly ONR catch-up session
