A fast-growing luxury fashion brand is looking for a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to take ownership of it's online performance and digital growth strategy. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, optimising the customer journey and managing digital performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With ambitious plans to break into the US market, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the brand’s international expansion and scaling it's online presence globally.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Ecommerce role:
* Own the ecommerce P&L, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
* Use analytics and performance data to improve conversion rates, AOV and retention.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports on online sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with both the existing marketing team and external agencies, to plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches and trading campaigns across Meta, Google & Tik Tok Ads.
* Own the CRM and retention strategy (Klaviyo, SMS Bump, PushOwl).
* Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring products are positioned to maximise conversion.
* Improve site navigation, product categorisation and checkout experience to optimise conversion rates.
