The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent and Partnerships Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about influencer marketing. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' brand values and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, from identifying suitable influencers to executing campaigns that generate high ROI.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators, negotiating terms that benefit both our clients and their campaigns.
* Manage all aspects of influencer collaborations, including gifting, event guest lists, user-generated content (UGC) briefs, paid partnerships, and larger campaign initiatives.
* Oversee project timelines, ensuring all influencer marketing activities are delivered on schedule and within budget.
* Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualise and implement campaign briefs that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage and cultivate brand-to-brand partnerships, coordinating joint campaigns, influencer collaborations, and cross-promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Assist with project and event management, contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns.
* Track, analyse and report on performance of influencer campaigns across social media platforms, providing insights on engagement, reach and overall impact to optimise future campaign strategies.
* Support other marketing initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
* A solid understanding of budget management and contract negotiation.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
* Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative concepts and solutions.
* Experience in managing all facets of influencer marketing and brand partnerships, from gifting and event coordination to UGC briefs and paid collaborations.
* Familiarity with project and event management is desirable but not essential.
