Bedford College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Make Up to join our Performing Arts Department at our Bedford Campus.
Lecturers at Bedford College, play a pivotal role in the success of our students through the preparation, delivery and assessment of the subject specialisms on the Level 3 Make-up Course.
Ideal candidates will have experience of teaching a range of the following subjects: Body Painting, Prosthetics, Special Effects, alongside the following qualifications:
1. Recognised Teacher Qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS)
2. Level 5 or 6 relevant qualification in Theatrical Make-up or Make-up
3. Willingness to achieve Certificate in Education or equivalent
4. Willingness to achieve Assessor/Verifier qualifications
5. GSCE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent
