We are looking for an experienced Night Manager who will be responsible for safety of our guests, ensure the accurate completion of the night audit function, conduct inspections of front of house and back of house during shift, including Front Office & Food and Beverage outlets and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves serving food and alcohol. 4 shifts on - 4 shifts off pattern and shifts will vary from week to week to meet the requirements of the business. Your hours of work may include weekends and public holidays.
