We are seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join a leading fire protection company. This role is perfect for a skilled professional with a strong background in fire stopping and passive fire protection, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Working three days/week on site and two days/week office based, this role will be covering sites across the midlands and south east England.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage fire stopping contracts from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all fire stopping installations.
4. Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and financial status.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection.
2. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations.
3. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple contracts.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
6. Relevant qualifications in fire protection or construction management are desirable.
