Salary: 45,000 - 45,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
* Strong understanding of business processes within Retail and/or E-commerce.
* Strong understanding of systems processes for various areas (retail, finance, stock management).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users on Business Central functionalities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to data entry, reports, workflows, and integrations.
* Conduct user training sessions and create supporting documentation.
* Provide ongoing support for our existing Dynamics NAV system and manage our incoming helpdesk ticket queue.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NAV.
* Assist in the migration of data and functionalities from NAV to Business Central.
* Manage daily alerts and error messages to identify ongoing issues needing attention.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation and maintenance of our Business Central system, as well as providing technical support for our legacy Dynamics NAV environment during its transition until retirement.
