This role will be mainly focused (but not limited) managing and tracking royalty data, including collecting, analyzing, and reviewing information from contracts to reported royalty data to ensure accurate royalty payments are received. This role will help to build upon our current royalty reporting processes and help to upscale and roll out our royalty reporting system across our Consumer Products and Experiences revenue stream in our reporting to billing cycle. Responsibilites Process Royalty statements (validating, saving down, tracking, chasing for incomplete/missing ones) Carefully review royalty reports submitted, including advance payments, and accurately validate this data into the Royalty and Finance Systems promptly Review and validate allocation of royalty calculations (accruals and payments) ensuring they reflect contractual terms and completed in time to meet contractual deadlines. Resolve queries from external stakeholders in a timely and articulate manner. Owning the Flowhaven to Netsuite platform reconciliation, reconciling the royalty report transactions and updating the relevant systems, along with providing support to the Financial Reporting and the Commercial teams Chase relevant internal/external contacts for missing statements/information Assist with prompt and accurate month end reporting Liaise with Legal and Commercial teams to resolve any royalty statements discrepancies Production of ad hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements Ad hoc duties Desired qualifications and requirements: You are keen, flexible, yet thorough, and ideally have experience working in a dynamic Finance department. You will be articulate, confident, happy to communicate with customers and senior team members and take direction when required Proactive, self-starter, willing to get stuck in Attention to detail and being a completer-finisher Strong written and verbal communication Salesforce / NetSuite / Flowhaven experience would be a bonus Previous experience in projects/data management Team player when needed, able to understand the bigger picture and how Finance’s inputs and outputs can affect the business Have enthusiasm in dealing with all functional departments Able to prioritise in a fast moving, dynamic environment Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
